Hi as part of my am skincare routine I use the oil control moisturiser after that do you use the facial spf moisturiser? Secondly Do you use oil control moisturiser at night or do you use the pm facial moisturiser? Sorry I’m a bit confused where the oil control moisturiser comes in the am and pm skincare routine

I use Cetaphil body/face lotion after I use CerVe renewing salicylic acid cleanser every morning and night. I naturally have skin slightly on the oily side but it goes back and forth with the seasons, right now it has been overly dry. I have been using a lot of moisuturizer to remedy this, and I've been noticing throughout the day, my skin feels like it is way to oily throughout the day, and also my skin breaks out when that happens, so I switched too a Cetaphil's oil free facial moisturizer. It doesn't penetrate my skin good enough though, and I think I need something else. So I'm looking for suggestions for a light facial moisturizer that's able to penetrate and moisten without leaving your skin super oily? Also I'm a guy, makeup is not a factor.

Hi All, can I have some advice please for my nine-year-old daughter who is a really reluctant face washer. I had been getting her to use the CeraVe Hydrating cream cleanser but either she’s not using it enough (every day) oh, we need something else. Would the blemish cleanser be gentle enough for such young skin? I’m loathed to go down the route of anything that will strip her skin Also, any ideas on how to make her more interested in keeping her face properly clean? If I don’t ask her each day, I know she doesn’t do it, but she clearly feels like I’m just nagging her and it’s perhaps having the opposite effect and actually making her do it less. 🙄

@Jade @CeraVe She’s just starting to get the off red pimple on her nose or chin but also occasionally gets dry patches on her face around her jaw line. She had severe eczema on her body as a baby and has sensitive skin. She can only have certain types of suncream etc as it brings her out in lasting heat rash, red bumps. She’s a sensitive sole! I think she just needs to clean her face more full stop. Getting her in a habit is proving tricky, she hates foam around her face and is a very reluctant face washer.

She can use this on her face and body, to hydrate and soothe whilst cleansing the skin. The way I always recommend is like how we clean our teeth, we should clean our face. So a great tip is after cleaning teeth, then clean face. Having the Hydrating foaming oil cleanser in sight, really helps to be a a good reminder. I hope this helps 😊 💙
