Hey there, I wanted to share something pretty amazing with you. For the longest time, I neglected my skincare routine. I'd splash some water on my face in the morning, maybe use whatever lotion was lying around, and call it a day. But as time went on, I started noticing the toll it was taking on my skin - dry patches, uneven texture, you name it. That's when I decided it was time for a change. After hearing reviews from friends and doing a bit of research, I stumbled upon CeraVe skincare products. Let me tell you, it's been a game-changer. From the moment I started incorporating CeraVe into my routine, I noticed a difference. Their products are formulated with ceramides, hyaluronic acid, and other essential ingredients that my skin was desperately craving. The Hydrating Facial Cleanser is gentle yet effective, leaving my skin feeling clean without that tight, stripped sensation. But the real magic happened when I added their Moisturizing Cream into the mix. It's like a tall drink of water for my skin. The texture is rich and luxurious, but it absorbs quickly without feeling greasy. And the best part? My skin feels hydrated and supple all day long. It's been a few months now since I started using CeraVe, and I can honestly say I'm amazed by the results. My skin looks brighter, and feels smoother, and those pesky dry patches? Completely gone. I never realized how much of a difference a good skincare routine could make until now. So if you're like me and have been neglecting your skin, do yourself a favor and give CeraVe a try. Trust me, your skin will thank you. Cheers,

Wash your face with ice-cold water before applying moisturiser. It will leave soft plump skin :)

Hot water can bring small red veins to the surface which tend to stay. I use warm water from a running tap.

I use Micellar water on a cotton pad for the first cleanse to remove makeup & daily grime. Next I use a cleanser, gently massaged onto a wet face to deep clean my pores ready for a treatment and/or moisturiser.

Make sure you cleanse daily with cerave and air your skin as much as possible. Avoid make up, your natural beauty will still shine through and as hard as it is, do not touch, squeeze ot pick those blemishes!

I wrote this & put it in the wrong place. I am a bit lost with all the sections.
I am a Luddite, but I love CeraVe

I've found that salicylic acid has been the one ingredient that has kept my blemishes at bay, as well as a simple cleanse and treat routine rather than any 7-step process, for example.
